Practices per Week 2 (Tuesday, Thursday)

Two practice per week with a mini match at the end of every practice.

The program will run for 12 weeks, with one mini tournament per month at Loyola Park. The last one being the mini festival. All sessions are run by technical staff assisted by parents.

U4-U5 Program

• Players are guided through fun warm-up exercises that gets them moving and prepares their bodies for play, including running, skipping, skipping or other age-appropriate movements.

• Players are encouraged to practice dribbling a ball with their feet in fun games that often include cones, obstacles and other challenges.

• Learn to pass and receive the ball in simple games and to low pressure that emphasizes teamwork and coordination.

• Mini-games that allow them to practice their skills newly acquired skills in a fun, safe and supportive environment. These games are often designed to be short and quick to keep the children engaged and excited.

Practices per Week: 1 (Saturday)

CDC style practice on Saturdays run by technical staff. From June 3rd to September 15th.

Matches per Week: 1 (more info coming soon)

Twelve matches, one per week, days of matches to be determined. There is a possiblity that U-07 and U-08 will be merged if not enough players. With fixed teams and referees. The matches will be coached by parents.

U7-U8 Program

The first 40 minutes per session consists of exercises
fun and exciting training sessions followed by a match.
Some common skills and concepts that children in this
age group learn in a soccer league:
• Basic skills: they will learn the basic skills of
soccer, including dribbling, passing and shooting.
• Rules of the game: They will learn the rules of the game, such as fouls and
corner kicks.
• Teamwork: They will learn to work as a team and communicate
with their teammates.
• Sportsmanship: They will learn the importance of sportsmanship.
• Positioning: They will learn the different positions on the field and
how to play their position effectively.
• Physical fitness: They will learn the importance of physical fitness and
endurance in soccer.
• Strategy: They will learn basic game strategies, such as how to
attack and defend as a team.

Recreational

U9-U10

Born 2015-2014

Practices per Week: 1 (Saturday)

CDC style practice on Saturdays run by technical staff. From June 3rd to September 15th.

Matches per Week: 1 (more info coming soon)

Twelve matches, one per week, days of matches to be determined. There is a possiblity that U-09 and U-10 will be merged if not enough players. With fixed teams and referees. The matches will be coached by parents.

U9-U10 Program

Here is some common skills and concepts that players in this age group learn in a recreational soccer league:

• Advanced ball control: Players learn ball control techniques more advanced ball control, such as using different parts of their feet, high-speed dribbling and feinting and movements to beat defenders.

• Passing and receiving strategies: players learn More advanced passing and receiving strategies, including passing longer, deep balls and passing plays. They also learn to read the game and anticipate the movements of their teammates.

• Shooting and Scoring Tactics: Players learn shooting tactics and more advanced scoring methods, such as finishing from different angles, using different parts of the foot and work with their teammates to create opportunities.

• Fitness and conditioning: Players are working to improve their physical fitness and conditioning, including strength, endurance, speed and agility.

• Sportsmanship and teamwork: players continue to learn the importance of sportsmanship and teamwork, including respect opponents and collaboration with teammates.
